The project has undergone a strategic transformation, shifting its purpose from hotel services to a premium office building. To fully unlock its potential and maximize its value, we introduced innovative proposals to convert it into a dynamic mixed-use destination. As part of the redevelopment, additional spaces were thoughtfully integrated on the third and top floors, creating exclusive panoramic office areas with sweeping views of the entire commercial hub. These enhancements significantly increase the building’s leasable space and overall appeal.
